CEBE Workshop at Norchip 2008

The first CEBE international workshop was held in conjunction with the 26th Norchip Conference, held on 17-18 November 2008 in Tallinn, Estonia.

Pre-conference tutorial: Lab-on-Chip Based Sensors for bioparticles detection and characterisation by Mohamad Sawani (École Polytechnique de Montréal, CAN). November 16 at 13:00. Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel.

The keynote speech of Norchip 2008 was given by Mohamad Sawan (Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal) on topic "Learning from the primary visual cortex to recover vision for the blind by microstimulation".

Mart Min (Tallinn University of Technology, Department of Electronics and CEBE) was invited to give a talk on "Embedded signal processing in impedance spectroscopy".
